      WFH function only all the same micromanaging environment. Your every movement is tracked and monitored in some manner. Non much autonomy. Not much room for growth opportunities nor is there any sort of real growth model. Leaders aren't looking to develop more leaders, they just choose those who are best at responding to cases or conducting an interview. Favoritism plays a part as well. Does not make a person qualified to pb a team of professionals. Pay is no longer competitive. Recruiting management is not the almost competent/innovative. Recruiting methods in general will chop-chop burn you out. Sourcing methods are basic and outdated, leading to low-level talent pool, resulting in most interviews existence a waste of time, ending in burn out. Lastly, at that place is no Real hr support for employees in this role. Leaders human action equally hour and in my stance, that doesn't provide confidence in proper checks and balances.

      Grooming is subpar and it has become more hard to grow/get pay increase.

      They are very friendly and have fabricated the entire procedure and so piece of cake! From the interview through the onboarding process they have been in that location every step of the way and accept stayed in affect almost daily. They did everything they could to prepare me for my interview with General Motors and I did neat because of them. I look forrard to standing to work with them.

      Kelly has got to be the worse company i have ever worked for. They over piece of work employees and so fire you based on omnipresence regardless of the reason. They as well fire you lot for stats, cognition and a whole bunch of other crap. I thought when i joined and i was getting pay raises, information technology was considering apple liked us. NO its because people are QUITTING THE Visitor!!! There are manner likewise many work at dwelling jobs that are better than this to be working for some terrible place like kelly. They will sell y'all on a dream and then burn you lot. I got pregnant and had a baby they only offered me half-dozen weeks UNPAID, i ended up taking iv weeks because it was UNPAID! I had preeclampsia and they got mad at me for attendance because i kept going to the hospital and they don't accept doctors notes! over all i am happy i left that company, they don't care for employees or respect them.
